Analogue Alberta
Analogue Alberta was started by two active members of the Lomographic Society: mafiosa from Calgary and weedos (AKA John Weed from Chemistry Communications) from Edmonton who want to share Alberta’s analogue uniqueness with the world.
They will be organizing events throughout Alberta showcasing their mutual love of analogue photography and who knows, possibly branching out into other areas of analogue renaissance. If you live in or are originally from Alberta, Please join them at AnalogueAlberta. The inaugural event is in the central location of Sylvan Lake, Alberta on April 28th 2012. There will be a film swap, a Lomowalk around the town and beach area, possibly a BBQ on the beach and perhaps some keynote speakers as well.
