Why monthly plans?
It’s like leasing a car – you pay a set amount every month for the convenience of never having to worry about it! You are always free to add content to your site and do some online marketing yourself, but you can rest easy, knowing that the main things are taken care of. When you take a vacation, when you don’t feel like doing it, or when you’re too busy to think, we’re handling it all on your behalf. This means less up-front cost for you, and a monthly bill you can easily budget for.
What if I don’t want to pay monthly?
No problem! You can purchase a website outright for $2500 (not including eCommerce, Intranet/Client Portal or Community Features). If you begin paying monthly and you decide that you’d rather just buy it out, you can do that, too. We simply subtract what you’ve already paid from $2500 and the remainder is your buyout cost. If you choose to buy out your website plan, you’ll take care of all changes and updates to your website, and will be billed yearly for your domain and hosting ($95).
Grow & Pro plans can be downgraded to the Starter plan after 12 months. The marketing portion cannot be bought out as it requires our time each month on an ongoing basis, but you can buy out the site and stop any further marketing activity at $2500.
What if I want to cancel or I don’t need the site any more?
After your 24 month term is up (which essentially means you have paid off the setup & design of your site), you can cancel any time, we simply go month-to-month. Keep us on retainer if you prefer not to worry about it, or take the reigns and DIY if you’re ready to dive in on your own. If you don’t need the site any more (for example, you close your business), or if you want to cancel and it is before the end of your 24 month term, you can buy out your term as explained above.
