Web Marketing Workshops for Small Business

Do you want to use online marketing for your small business, but don’t know where to start? No problem!

Make sense of it all by attending our Web Marketing Workshops for Small Business. We’ll show you what you need to know, step-by-step, so you can find new customers and engage the ones you’ve got. During the series of four workshops in Level 1, you’ll focus on four major areas to help your business succeed:

Level 1

Day 1: In this workshop, you’ll decide on the pages that will make up your website. You’ll create them using a Content Management System (WordPress). Then, you’ll work on the content for your home page and other main pages. You’ll add photos and your company logo, then select colours and other design elements. When you go home for the day, you’ll have a brand new site for your business, and you’ll be able to update it yourself.
Day 2: You’ll find out how a blog can help you connect with current and prospective customers, and how to set your business blog up for success. We’ll chat about the different types of blog posts, and brainstorm ideas for blog articles you can create. You’ll also learn how to set up your first blog article.
Day 4: You will set up a Facebook Page for your business, and connect it with your website & blog. You’ll create an offer that will encourage people to “Like” your page and learn best practices for connecting with prospects and customers on Facebook.
This series of workshops runs over four weekday mornings for three hours each.

Upcoming Level 1 Dates
